Volunteer Work Experience

4.01.26 - positions available

10.01.26- group interview for positions

We teach 2 Saturday art clubs each week, and are looking for 1 or 2 helpers during these sessions.

We have 2 tutors each session, with between 10-16 children, aged 5-10 years.

We are looking for an extra pair of hands to help during the sessions - some of our children need 1:1 help with certain tasks, which is where you would step in.

The classes run 9.30-11am every Saturday during term time, with 30 mins either side for set up and clean down (so you’d need to be available between 9am-11.30am each Saturday morning, for 6 week blocks)

We are looking for people aged 15-18 to volunteer a minimum of 2.5 hours per week.

Please email Zoe using the button below with a CV if you would like to enquire.

General tasks to be carried out during the art sessions includes;

- prep the art room and materials

- help tutors set up for art activities

- set out art materials and examples

- help kids come in and settle down, coats off, etc

- help tutor take the register

- escort children to bathroom, wash hands before break etc

- prepare juice and biscuits at break time

- listen to the tutors during demos, as you may have to..
