Come & join our Young Creatives!
AUTUMN TERM - Saturday 20th September until 25th October (6 weeks)
WINTER TERM - Saturday 8th November until 20th December - no class 6th December (6 weeks)
Our Young Creatives club is especially for children aged 11 years plus. The class combines fun and creativity while developing technical art and craft skills. Each half term has a theme based project written by the tutors - recently we’ve had a go at pointillism, portraiture and print-making.
🎨 This term, our Young Creatives Art Club dives deep into the world of colour theory — from the foundations of primary, secondary, and tertiary colours to exploring contrasting and complementary combinations, and how artists apply colour to create mood, meaning, and visual impact.
We'll workshop the styles and techniques of Piet Mondrian, Agnes Martin, and Mark Rothko, discovering the unique ways each artist interprets and uses colour in their work. Teens will create their own inspired pieces, experimenting with minimalism, abstraction, and emotional expression through colour.
To finish the term, we’ll bring colour to life in 3D by crafting bold, vibrant Day of the Dead masks, combining creativity, culture, and personal expression.
Perfect for teens who want to push their creative boundaries, learn new techniques, and explore the deeper meanings behind art and colour.
WHO: Our Saturday Art Clubs tutors alternate between our 3 fantastic tutors.
We ensure the children create alongside merging artists who inspire and enthuse, trying out techniques and using materials that schools generally don’t teach until later years of High School.
Our Globe tutors running these courses are experienced teachers, with DBS and first aid training.

WHEN: Saturday’s 11.15am - 1pm, throughout the year during term time.
WHY: Our Young Creatives gives children the opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people and get inspired by a selection of different artists
