short course in Mono Screen Printing!

Mono Screen Printing is a fun and experimental printmaking technique that combines painting, drawing, and screen printing. Instead of using a stencil, you’ll work directly onto the screen to create expressive, one-off prints full of texture and movement.

Each print is unique, making the process playful, spontaneous, and perfect for experimenting with colour, layers, and mark-making.

Inspired by our Holmfirth Artweek Fringe Artist, Bren Head, we will be looking at SIMULACRUM, a body of evocative portraits and figurative works in The Long Wall Gallery.

Jackie is your tutor for this short course, open to beginners, or more advanced printmakers with higher abilities.
